## Who We Are

Buildkin is a property technology (PropTech) company building software that makes building maintenance management simpler for everyone involved — property managers, maintenance teams, and residents.

We believe maintenance should be invisible: issues reported instantly, resolved quickly, and documented automatically. No phone tag, no paper forms, no confusion about who is responsible.

## What We Build

Buildkin is a cloud-based SaaS platform that gives property managers a real-time dashboard to track issues, assign technicians, schedule maintenance, and communicate with residents — all without requiring residents to install an app. Residents and guests interact via QR codes that work on any smartphone camera.

The platform serves:
